Limited Liability Company SIA MV Health, Reg. No.: 40203555296, Legal Address: Braslas iela 22B, Rīga, LV-1035, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) provides content available on its website and offers products/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.
1. General Provisions
If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, this mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and the Cabinet of Ministers regulations on Distance Contracts, among others.
2. Purchasing
The price and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to each product. To place an order, add the desired products to the cart. Fill in all required fields and choose a delivery method. The full order total, including shipping, will then be displayed. Complete payment to finalize the order.
3. Payment Terms
The transaction currency on the website is EUR (euro). Purchases can be paid via the following payment methods provided by the makecommerce.lv platform (Maksekeskus AS):
• Online bank payments in Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
• In Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
• In Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
• Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB! When using online banking, please confirm the order and click "Return to Merchant". Personal data necessary for payment is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract becomes valid once payment is successfully completed. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery of purchased products is carried out via: Omniva, DPD, and Latvijas Pasts. All taxes and customs duties applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery cost is shown before the order is confirmed. Products are delivered to the specified address within 1–8 business days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to dispatch products within up to 45 calendar days, with prior customer notification.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the goods are received. If this falls on an official public holiday, the right can be exercised on the next working day.
According to Regulation No. 255, Paragraph 22.5 of the Cabinet of Ministers, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods where the factory seal has been opened for health or hygiene reasons.
Per Paragraph 22.4 of the same regulation, the right of withdrawal also does not apply to discounted goods with an expiration date shorter than two months.

You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Compliant Products
The online store is responsible for any non-compliance or defects in products that occur within 6 months from delivery or that existed at the time of delivery (unless it contradicts the nature of the product or defect). The buyer must inform the seller within 2 months of noticing the issue.
Complaints can be submitted via email: [email protected]. The store is not liable for defects caused after product delivery. If the defect is the seller’s responsibility, the buyer may demand a repair or replacement free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, the seller refunds the full amount as stated in the Distance Contract.
A written response to the complaint will be provided within 15 days.
7. Processing of Customer Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data provided during order placement, such as name, email, etc. Data is shared with delivery service providers to fulfill orders.
If you have explicitly agreed to receive marketing communications, we may occasionally send information about our services and offers. We may use your email address for this purpose, which you provided during subscription. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting: [email protected].
8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
For matters not covered in these Terms, both parties agree to follow the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes between buyer and seller should first be resolved through negotiation or correspondence. If resolution is not reached, disputes will be handled in Latvian courts according to the applicable legislation.
Buyers may also refer disputes to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to the European Union's dispute resolution platform.
