hereinafter – the online store – ensures the content available on the homepage and provides products/services in accordance with the Conditions of Use stated below.
1. General Conditions
If the consumer acquires products/services via the homepage, such a mutual agreement is considered the Distance Contract and is subject to legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating the distance contract, including, but not limited to, the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Latvia Cabinet Regulation “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” and other laws and regulations.
2. Placing of Orders
The prices and specifications of products sold at the online store are indicated next to the products.
In order to place an order, add the desired products to the shopping basket. Fill out all the required fields and select the most suitable method of delivery. The total costs of the order, including delivery, are later displayed on the screen. Make the purchase payment to complete the order.
3. Payment Conditions
The payment currency on the website is euro. The payment for the order can be made by selecting the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
Latvian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor Estonian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
Lithuanian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB! When using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click the button “Return to the merchant”.
The personal data required for making payments is transferred to a licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract comes into effect from the moment of successful payment to the online store’s bank account. If it is impossible to execute the order due to any reason, the Buyer will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded as promptly as possible, but not later than within 14 days from receipt of the notification.
4. Delivery Conditions
The products are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania. The acquired products are delivered by using: Omniva and DPD courier service. Any fees and taxes payable in order to receive the parcel at the delivery destination shall be covered by the Buyer. The delivery costs are indicated before confirmation of the order. The purchased products are delivered at the address specified by the Buyer within 2-8 business days. In exceptional cases we may send the products within up to 45 calendar days, notifying the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right of order withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product. The right of withdrawal shall not apply, if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the products may be used only for their intended purposes, the consumer is responsible for retaining the product’s quality and safety within the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. If the products have been used inappropriately or are damaged as a result of negligent handling during their use or failure to observe the instructions for use, if the original packaging of the product has been lost or is damaged, the online store is entitled to reduce the refunded amount according to the decrease in the product value.

The Buyer shall cover the product returning costs, except the cases when the reason for such returning is non-compliance of the product with the order (for example, wrong or damaged product).
The Buyer is obliged to promptly, but not later than within 14 days from sending the withdrawal form to the online store, return the Products to the Seller. After receipt of the returned products, the online store shall promptly, but not later than within 14 days, refund any payments received from the Buyer under the Distance Contract.
The Seller may withhold a payment until the moment of receiving the Products or proof of product returning from the Buyer. If the Buyer has selected any other sending method instead of the least expensive sending method offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to reimburse the exceeded parcel costs.
The online store is not liable for any delay in fulfilment or non-fulfilment of obligations, or any other non-performance arising from any conditions and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
The online store reserves the right to refuse selling the products and request the Buyer to return the products, if the price indicated at the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
6. Consumer’s Rights in Case of Product Non-compliance with the Contract
The online store is liable for non-compliance of the products sold to the Buyer with the contract conditions or defects that have occurred within 6 months from the date of delivery of the products to the customer, or any defect that has existed at the moment of delivery, if such an assumption does not contradict to the item’s properties or defect.
The Buyer shall inform the Seller about non-conformity of the products immediately, within 2 months from the moment of detecting such non-conformity, i.e., a complaint shall be submitted. The Buyer may submit a complaint by contacting the online store, sending a message to info@mvhealth.eu.
The online store is not responsible for any defects that have occurred after delivery of the products to the Buyer. If the purchased products have any defects subject to the Seller’s responsibility, the Buyer may request elimination of defects of the products or replacement of the products for new products free of charge.
If the products cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer any payments made under the Distance Contract. The Seller shall provide a written reply to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of the Buyer’s Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data that has been entered by the Buyer when ordering the products, for example, name, surname, e-mail, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider/s to ensure delivery of the products.
If you have unequivocally agreed to receive our marketing notifications, including news, we may contact you by sending information about our services and latest offers time to time. For this purpose we may process your e-mail address that you have indicated when subscribing for marketing communication. The Buyer can opt out of marketing notifications, notifying us by sending a message to info@mvhealth.eu.
8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
Regarding matters not discussed in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to observe the effective laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties resolve any disputes between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute through negotiations or correspondence, the dispute shall be resolved in the court of the Republic of Latvia according to laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be transferred for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the court of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer is also entitled to address dispute resolution institutions of the European Union.
